if this is the same one I saw in MSG on 1/16/02, there is also a hole in the base - for sampling or part of original?, also one I saw had 8, 7, 12, 10 - close but not exact. There must be another one, since one 6/23/03 I found exact match, with puncture hole on top, also illustrated in Soares 2003, fig. 56, 5
